Where are your favourite parts of Japan's nature to explore and why?

I love Minakami because the seasonal activities are very fulfilling.

What is it like to live in Minakami?

As it's a small area, you get to interact lots with local people meaning it's a good place to live!

What's your favourite Canyons course and why?

Whitewater rafting in Spring because it's very exciting with the snow melt making the river wild.

Why should people try rafting and canyoning in Japan?

Because you can do exciting things you usually couldn't do and refresh yourself.

Why did you become a guide?

I tried rafting for the first time when I was 16 years old and since then, I've been fascinated with white water!

What do you do in your spare time when you're not adventuring?

Listening to music and chilling!
