Lessons do not include a lift pass and rental gear.

You will need to arrange your own equipment and lift tickets prior to meeting the instructor.

Helmets are mandatory for all children up to the age of 18.

Please be advised that upon check in, participants will be required to sign a release of liability, waiver of claims and assumption of risks agreement.

Payment for your lesson constitutes acceptance of our Liability Release Form.

Participants will not be permitted to participate in their lessons without a signed waiver.

Participants must have a suitable snowboard or ski insurance.


Lessons can not be mixed between skiers and snowboarders.

Cancellations made by the customer are subject to the following fees:

As long as the resort is open, we will run lessons.

If the resort is forced to close, we will either transport you to an alternative resort nearby for your lesson, or postpone pre-booked lessons to another date.

Lessons will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of the guest for any reason.

To be eligible for any refund due to sickness or injury you must present a valid local medical certificate from a local practitioner.

We must have been advised prior to the commencement of your lesson

We must receive the medical certificate within 24 hours of the lesson start time.

We reserve the right to review and cancel any bookings which do not meet our booking terms and conditions.
