From canyoning, rafting and hiking in the green season to skiing and snowboarding in winter, every season brings new challenges and opportunities to grow as an outdoor professional.

We're currently recruiting for our Winter Team. Based in Minakami, you'll work primarily with international school groups, teaching skiing or snowboarding and helping students develop confidence, resilience, and a love for the outdoors. Applicants must hold a recognised snowsports instructor certification and share our passion for outdoor education and working with young people.
