Nosehair Falls
course is great at high water. A bit of
a walk, but well worth it. At low water
it is ideal for those who do not want big
thrills. This is a combined shower climb
and canyon. |

Heavin is a very picturesque
course. Good for small groups but a lot shorter compared
to the other canyons. |
Maple Canyon is an amazingly sceneic canyon set high in the mountains above Minakami. Plenty of great sliders and small waterfall drops. |

Kamoshika Canyon can be run a few different ways;
- shower climb up and canyon down (great for kids and families)
